Look what this idiot said on Suns RealGM board
"The Spurs won a championship 1 year ago and it was like no big deal at all. The city didn't explode in joy, there wasn't national hype, and at the end of the day nobody cared that they won it all. It's not just because they've won so much, because it certainly wasn't like that when the Lakers won (*) in 2010.
If he brings a ring to Phoenix he will officially have the keys to the city. His celebrity status would be like Nash and Fitzgerald combined. The city would EXPLODE and the impact would be beyond words. The whole country would actually care too, while when they beat the Heat all that mattered was the Heat losing, not the Spurs winning.
This is a chance to be the face of a city and dynasty that turns him into a superstar. In San Antonio he won't get those things and the end goal would not be anywhere near as great as the end goal in the Valley."
"We have a great basketball pitch. IMO our bball pitch is definitely better than the Spurs. I like the idea of Phoenix ass kising for him though as our non basketball pitch should be that this will he his franchise and pretty soon his city! It would mean so much more to us than it would San Antonio, plus Phoenix is just a better city. We need to show him what a great opportunity this would be. Great step by the mayor."

Bill Simmons @BillSimmons
LMA: "Tim, I'm flattered, I really am. But aren't you retiring soon?" Duncan: "I'm never retiring. I'm actually an alien. You didn't know?"

Re: Marc Stein: Spurs are #1 on LaMarcus Aldridge's list
Its a no fucking brainer LMA joins us. We should instead be talking about Patty fucking mills and make sure we sign his ass.

Sounds good until you consider that a LeBron and MJ lovechild couldn't win a championship with the Suns as constructed.

SAS: TD would have to come in around $6m. Renounce Manu and sign for Room ML, Waive Reggie Williams. That will get you to $18.8

PHX: Would need to trade Mk. Morris and PJ Tucker to get to that $18.8m slot for Aldridge. Alex Len would be close but not sure you move him

But do not count out HOU in all of this. If LA really wants to go to HOU, the Rockets have the players to possibly make that work.

Didn't they already trade Marcus Morris and some other crap? So they basically have to gut their team out and LMA would play with a skeleton team. :lol
