the cavs are spending a lot of money this off season. how do they handle the money? is their billionaire owner just willing to absorb monetary penalties .? coulf the spurs do the same if the owner was willing?

Tim only has two or three years left at most. It's not like Aldridge would have to wait that long to have both here (and Phoenix isn't winning a championship, particularly with all the other better teams out there).
