Good or bad day for the Spurs?

This, but I think DJ is overrated and a liability for the Clippers in winning time and will cripple that franchise in the long term

It's actually good who knows Dallas could have landed LMA if Jordan said he would be a Clipper from the start, and West could have been a Clipper.

Good point. As it stands, I still feel our current upgrades put us over the Clips and we're not done yet.

We will beat the clips. not even worried. just another team to face on the path to glory tbh....

bad for the league. fortunately it happened late on the last day of the moratorium or some some other teams would be messing around with other free agents who left them.

It will be sweet avenging the Gm 7 loss just like the trashing of the Heat in 2014.

I used to hate the Spurs, but I believe we have an Apollo/Rocky-like relationship now. I want you guys to fuck the Clitters up in the playoffs next year. No mercy.

This is a reminder to the rest of the league that words are wind, and that some players are going to feel a much stronger connection with their team than to their agent; that''s probably how the Spurs kept guys like Patty and Green at such a low price, not even counting Manu and Timmy.

Basketball wise this is probably a wash unless the Spurs don''t 3-1 or 4-0 the Mavs next season. The division gets weaker since the Mavs will be worse now, but the Clippers are a very strong team until they have a chance to make it to the WCF, so if the Spurs don't do well in the regular season it could make for another tough first round. If the Spurs do well, the first few games of the 2nd round could be tough.
