I'm excited to see how Baynes, Splitter, and CoJo do this upcoming season on their new teams.

Also, Paul George apparently. Can't believe we traded him away...

That trade totally slipped my mind. Maybe subconsciously I blocked it out. To fit the criteria of the OP, did he even play two years with the team???
Regardless, that was the worst! :depressed
Re: Most successful players after...
Dennis Rodman is surely the gold standard.
Re: Most successful players after...
After we traded Steve Kerr away to Portland, he went on to come up pretty big in the playoffs, but I'm not sure if that counts. :lol

Paul George WASN'T ever drafted by the Spurs. The Spurs had the 20th pick & drafted James Anderson. Speaking of Anderson, he led the Sixers in scoring a couple of times & average double figure as a starter after the Spurs cut him loose.

:lol this is a reference to a poster that started a thread a while back saying the Spurs were stupid for trading away Paul George.
Re: Most successful players after...
Anthony Tolliver stuck in the league & became a rotation player after he failed to unseat Bonner for the stretch 4 position. CJ Watson also got cut in camp by the Spurs & turned himself into a Patty type rotation player.
