My grandma complains about that every year
I remember:
"Spurs have 18 back-to backs, and the Lakers only have 13 and play 17 of their first 20 games at home! Stern is such a damn kike!"
OR, 2011-12 lockout year:
"Spurs have 3 back-to-back-to-backs, and the Lakers only have one and it's at the beginning of the season! Stern is such a damn kike!"

Great! As soon as the schedule comes out, will be planning on vacation time to see some games.

Same here. I have been waiting for the schedule release to plan a trip home to Texas to see the Spurs.
Re: Anybody know when the schedule is announced?
Awesome to see that 4-in-5s are almost gone. I wonder if this means a reduction in back-to-backs total, or will there be a similar numbers of those, only spread out more?
Either way, this might mean more games played for Duncan and Ginobili, which might mean a decrease in MPG for those two. Pop seems to be more concerned with total minutes played than games played.

I'm curious to see how this plays out too. I wonder, would Tim and Manu choose to play less minutes per game but play all 82 games? Or play slightly more minutes on average but take full games off and play ~65-70 games. You have to think while both strategies may result in the same number of minutes played, taking full games off does something for a player's mental stamina.
