Now that I said my piece, I will admit that I like Bernie sanders more than most the other members of congress. Even though he is a socialist by name, be believes in the country, and it's people more than most the blowhards in congress.
If he wins the primaries, I could see myself voting for him over a RINO.
Why?
Because he is real. Plus, he is less of a socialist than most other members of congress.

The quip I quoted above would have been a perfectly legitimate response to my question as there is an avenue for appeal with relevant case law as precedent.
