I'll be going to a Spurs scrimmage

well there are more romsay. there is timmy...raja...delembert...foyle...arroyo...and thats all that comes to mind. damn i wish i was back in st croix now. thats real nice that he is paying for all crucians who want to see the scrimmage. damn my chance to see manu and tony. :depressed AND bowen of course...hell...the whole damn team. i know ppl from home will be giving ginobili a lot of props because they were biggin him up during the playoffs with his play. and all the girls will go crazy for tony...oh well

Does anybody know the date of the Spurs pre-season "Open Scrimmage" at SBC?

I hope the one in St. Thomas doesn't preclude the one in SA.

Thanks so much Romsey! I'm really hoping you can direct me towards someone because I am seriously desparate. I love the spurs for like 5 years now! I'm dying for this opportunity because it's the best one that I have.
As for why I love 'em, simply because they're the best man. :) They've always been pretty good and now they really are at their peak. I used to love the Knicks but ever since Houston's been messed up, I'm a complete Spurs fan.
And you're right, as girl, I'm nuts about TP!:) even tho Timmy and Manu both rock as well!

I believe the kick off luncheon is Monday October 24th.

I am still waiting for word about an Open Scrimmage.

If there is no open scrimmage his year then i'm headed to the pre-season game against the Rockets. Interested in seeing how Olberto will do.

I just found out from some UVI officials that tickets will not be sold for the scrimmage because the NBA does not allow it. I am soooo upset right now because they are raffling tickets in a lottery and I have no clue how I can take part in it because I don't even live on St. Thomas...

Still waiting for a reply from you Romsey... I'd love to know how you got your tickets!

My friend is from St thomas and goes to UVI. He's on the UVI bball team so I guess they were guaranteed tickets or whatever. I was waiting on him to come online today to ask him whats up with them and how can people get them but he wasnt online today. Ill keep you updated.

I'm trying to get tickets myself. I have a way set up just not sure if it's going to work out. I've heard from the person that's getting it for me that there's a lot of scruffling going around for the tickets. I'm booked for St. Thomas next week Wednesday so I'm really hoping things work out!
