San Antonio Spurs @spurs
Aldridge (migraine headache), Duncan (rest) &Green (rest) are out for tonight’s game. Ginobili (surgical recovery) remains probable

:lmao here comes the first home loss

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Paul Garcia PS @PaulGarciaPS
Pop says Manu Ginobili will play.

Dafuq? :bang no Green either, and Martin hasn't signed yet? So how do we win tonight?

Two bigs out. Almost guarantees Bonner a chance at backup minutes.
Didn't know LMA gets migraines. Hope they never kick in during the playoffs.

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Terrible time to rest players with the road B2B up next. Should've just sat LMA then rested whoever against Indy.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Bonner, Butler and Simmons all playing musical chairs tonight.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Hope we start Boban vs. Cousins and not the turd towers. Didn't think Pop would just arbitrarily rest guys and waste hometown fans' money :(

Apparently the perfect B2B record is more important than the perfect home record. :bang

Kawhi gonna put up 40+ tbh.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
:lol wow but I still remain optimistic about tonight's game. Only thing that concerns me is Boogie going off

Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN
Per Pop: Would have been 3 in 4 nights for Duncan, with b2b to come. Due rest. Green, Pop says, has been "overplayed."

Came back to post this. This game has Kawhi shooting 30+ shots written all over it. It's up to him to shoot a high percentage and look to score as easily as he can while maintaining top quality effort on the other end.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Y'all need to have more faith in Kawhi, tbh. He'll lead us against this scrub team.

Goddammit. Three fucking starters... the fuck is this shit?
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
And why the fuck Duncan is resting while he was just getting his rhythm back and LMA out..Dude has rusted up because of these multiple DNPs and an already significantly lower usage..

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
With OKC so far behind Pop feels free to play mad scientist.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Damn really hope we don't lose our home-game winning streak to a shit team bc of resting starters...
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Hopefully Kawhi goes off and it's enough.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
I love Kiwi and all but it's too much to ask with three starters out and Tony looking more like Enrique these days. They also now have no one to check Cousins. He might put up 60+.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
If LMA is in the building tonight you know its a Pop excuse. A real migraine and light and sound are painful. He'd be in a dark room alone not an arena.
-
Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Kings -- Sat. (3/5) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Parker, Kawhi, Anderson, West, Boban starting? Or switch Bobo for Boban? Or switch out Simmons for Anderson? I have no idea what the sl is going to be :lol
