Oh damn. Didn't realize they were missing all those guys. And it was in Cleveland.

He was in the bench as was Boban. I wanted to see Boban, particularly bc Diaw was trash thsi game and if there is one thing Boban can do it's score or get to the line. Frankly get the ball to boban close to the basket he will get a bucket. I am not sold on Diaw/WEst frontline. Boban can be a situational player.
Your guess is as good as mine on Simmons. I suspect he is out of the playoff rotation entirely and this is probably not development time anymore. He frankly hasn't looked good for too many games in a row and the good defensive teams have neutralized him entirely lately.
I think Kyle earned a chance bc he's helped win some games, and I guess Pop has seen them both in practices and KA has earned his trust, but he too will have to keep producing to keep his own spot with Kmart showing up soon.

Seriously, that whole "we control our own destiny" bullshit was never realistic with the schedule the Spurs have.

How are they going to get better when they can't build any chemistry or cohesion if Pop keeps resting players all the time? Chopping and changing the lineups all the time isn't going to help at all.
Tim is the only one that should be getting rest as his knees are shot and he can probably use it.
Parker, I don't give a shit about if it's just fatigue. If he's that fatigued, then he needs to stop playing in the off-season, otherwise they need to look at trading him if you have to keep resting him for a month towards the end of the season just so that he can be a bit above average and get his ass torched in the playoffs. That's ridiculous.
Boris needs to either get in shape or get rid of him. Sick of him wasting his talent (and hurting the team) by being lazy physically with his body. He capable of so much more if he just got into some decent freaking shape.

As long as Lebron wins a couple games in the Finals he'll be all set.

Controlling one's own destiny is a bit of a paradox

Btw, where was Pop last night? I never got around to asking why he wasn't coaching the game.

Missed half their shots around the rim. Not gonna win a whole lot of games that way.
