So I guess Pop is going to donate a player to the T-Wolves after taking away two of their folks.

How has it not been announced yet? I thought it had to be by now for him to be on the PO roster. How long until he has to be on the roster to be available for the playoffs or could the Spurs have had 2nd thoughts all the way around?

He cleared waivers on time. He has till the last day of the season to sign with any team he wants to.

wow really, I had no idea that we could wait til the last day of the season to add him to the roster, maybe Pop wants to wait until he returns to Thunderdome Butler and Bonner.

Should know something pretty early in the day tomorrow so he can be on the bench for the game the next evening. I didn't really think about it until now, but it makes that they waited. The Spurs were about to play three in four nights and it was basically a given they were going to rest the Big 3 at some point. Better to have everyone on the roster available. I'm betting they've known all along who they are going to cut, they just wanted all hands on deck for these three games.

I think you've got to cut Butler. I know it sucks but it makes the most sense from a roster standpoint.

We're getting Martin in a Spurs uniform....when Manu's kids are old enough to draft. Seriously, this has to be the one of the longest lasting transactions in NBA history.
