Kawhi stepping back for this game is fine, tbh..
Parker needs games like this to get going, he always owns Lillard/Portland, Spurs should ride him in games like these + Kawhi is being defended by Portland's only good defensive player(one of the better perimeter defenders in the NBA, too)..

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Blazers -- Thurs. (3/17) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Hope that Green's foul trouble tonight is not a precursor to saturday night. We need him to stay on the court and stay effective against the Dubs.

No need to play Manu b/c he can't guard CJ & is totally out of it offensively. Put Danny on CJ & Kawhi on Lillard plus Tim/LMA need to protect the rim.

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Blazers -- Thurs. (3/17) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Manu already decided he won't score 20 again so he's not even bothering until the playoffs, it seems.

:lol Bulls blowing a 25-point lead at home vs. Brooklyn..

Pop was on him for passing up an open shot & giving it to LMA who got bailed by a whistle.

It's never a given, since he's still recovering from a month off, but he also was awful in the 1st half against the Clippers and was instrumental to the win in the 2nd half... we'll see

Re: Game Thread: Spurs vs Blazers -- Thurs. (3/17) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)
Have to say bench is cold. Surprisingly only Diaw got it going, I think he's gotten a talking to but they gave away too many easy transition baskets and the defense was terrible.

Just smacked the Thunder and Clips, Spurs are sleeping right now and it's obvious. Spurs wake up and pull away in the 4th
