Re: Jabari Young: OUT with the Duncan IN with the Dwight
Is Gobert available this summer? Would be a perfect fit here

Re: Jabari Young: OUT with the Duncan IN with the Dwight
I'd prefer Whiteside over Howard.

I hope Jabari Young wasn't considering Dwight Howard as the second coming of David Robinson.
Howard may profess to be a Christian, but he doesn't read the holy book the same way as Robinson. While the Admiral studies the scriptures in entirety, Bible Kemp only focuses on "go forth and multiply."

Some people on this board wanted to keep Shitter instead of Aldridge, tbh lol.. Also thought Marc Gasol would be a better fit than LMA (Imagine Fatsol and Tim defending the P&R :lol )
Yes, I would take a DPOY on the team.

I actually wouldn't mind him but I really question his mentality as a winner competitor. The amount of times I've seen the rockets getting blown out and he's on the bench smiling joking around is pretty disturbing. But if he could take winning seriously I'd take him.

Re: Jabari Young: OUT with the Duncan IN with the Dwight
He's still a good defensive player, but nowhere near what he used to be(not even referring to his peak, where he was arguably a top 5 defender of all-time, but he's nowhere near what he was just a few years ago)..
For a terrible offensive player like Howard to be worth the price that he's going to cost, he needs to be a great/elite defender that buys into his role as a super role player(like Ibaka/Jordan)..he's no longer great, defensively(just good), and he refuses to accept that he's a poor offensive player..
The NBA is where names cost more than production..there are still GMs that will pay shitty players like Rajon Rondo, for example..fortunately, the Spurs are always ahead of the curve..

He would be best suited playing w/ someone like Chris Paul who will throw him lobs unlike James Harden who tends to find shooters after a PnR despite Dwight setting screens & rolling to the rim.:lol
If the Cripples had Dwight instead of DeAndre they would be a legit threat to the Worriers b/c Dwight can actually punish Barnes/Draymond in the post. (DeAndre was throwing up airball hook shots last time:lol)

Dwight still wants touches on offense in the post, though..he still doesn't realize he's a terrible offensive player that should live off lobs and finishes:lol
Ideally, he could excel in that type of role, but he still thinks he can be Hakeem..
At least somebody like DeAndre just plays his role with high energy and consistency, regardless of the touches he gets..

The thing is that they don't even throw him lobs so they are making the situation worse by ignoring him as if he's Dennis Rodman.:lol (He was decent in the postseason when Josh Smith was throwing him lobs unlike HarDone)
He also worked Chandler over 1-on-1:
He also killed DeAndre in January when they were finding him on rim-runs:
Shutdown Cousins in December:

Best we could get for our money is probably Larry Sanders.
Unless Horford pulls a David West.

We already have a #12. Bruce isn't gonna want to give up his number a second time, tbh.
