Ya he had an off night but if you don't think the Spurs defense was a reason why..that's foolish
You can't stop and yes he will hit a few more shots but what we did was the best you can do and makes them beatable.
Actually, they did stop him -- but it's not going to work every time.

Spurs played great defense & Curry missed some makeable looks. Spurs outside of maybe two possessions did a great job covering Curry from 3. However he was still "Curry open" on a few. They are tough looks but that is what he does. Tbh about as good as you can defend him.
He only had 15 points the last time he played in SA..

The Spurs rotated on all screens. They stopped Curry from getting cheap open looks off those screens. That is why the moving screens that GS uses didn't work. No Stephie didn't have an off night, he was well defended by the Spurs. Give credit when it is due.

I don't know if Klay is mentally tied to Curry, but Klay seems to struggle any time Curry does. If Curry goes off, quite often Klay will as well. That could be just a factor of the defense.
