It feels like we will continue to see a lot of development for the young guys the rest of the season. Lots to learn and Pop doesn't care enough to bench guys at this point, more that they learn how to play the right way and execute what he wants. All defensive stats are flawed but that doesn't mean they don't serve a purpose. You can't base everything off of the eye test because the eyes don't catch everything. He's got as good a chance as any to snag DPOY.

The Spurs offense isn't elite against the top teams in the league so who cares? Too many droughts and wayyy to sloppy at times to be considered elite. They'll be banking on dat historic defense dis year to bring home 6. I do think it's comical you included 3 pt% since they're 25th in the league in attempts. I mean, the guy who shoots 2/3 on the season doesn't make him the best 3 point shooter in the league or in this case "elite". :lol
