All defensive stats are flawed but that doesn't mean they don't serve a purpose. You can't base everything off of the eye test because the eyes don't catch everything. He's got as good a chance as any to snag DPOY.
The Spurs offense isn't elite against the top teams in the league so who cares? Too many droughts and wayyy to sloppy at times to be considered elite. They'll be banking on dat historic defense dis year to bring home 6. I do think it's comical you included 3 pt% since they're 25th in the league in attempts. I mean, the guy who shoots 2/3 on the season doesn't make him the best 3 point shooter in the league or in this case "elite". :lol
