Not that barnes is a player i love, but LAC series was a much fair comparision than this one, in the LAC series you could argue that Kawhi and Barnes had similar caliber of teams behind them, now, not so much.

Glad to see Kawhi got over his Matt Barnes phobia. Hopefully, if we make it to the WCF, he can exorcise those Harrison Barnes demons while he's at it

Whoever said Matt Barnes who's been on 8 or 9 teams could stop a legitimate MVP candidate is a pure moron to begin with. Barnes can only swindle divorcee's of former NBA players or coaches with any success. This is going to be a pure old 4 game sweep. Their starting line up is a joke outside of Z-Bo.

It was obvious last year that Barnes didn't physically stop kawhi...it was mental. Dude talked trash and kawhi couldn't handle the pressure leading to him being inconsistent. Now kawhi is Year older so presumably he won't fold as much.


It was stupid the way kawhi stans cited 2014 Miami series as evidence kawhi would be playoffs ready. He had absolutely no pressure in that series since we were playing ahead, and playing behind the big three. Last year was his first year as the man. Injuries and psychology prevented him from dominating consistently.

This year, the pressure has been lifted by Aldridge, but kawhi is obviously more comfortable making pressure shots on offense. Good to see.
