Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Spurs should beat OKC relatively easily, I'm more worried about the potential Clippers match up, not sure if we can beat them

The only matchup that is a problem is Golden State and if Curry is out for as long as they say he is, then that is null too.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Watch out for OKC chippiness. They're aware that this is the last time around with this current team.

I have a wedding to be at Sunday so this would figure due to my luck.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Gonna be a tough 6-7 game series, in my opinion...

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Thunder can beat the Spurs. Depends on which team shows. But they'll lose if they try and play the same physical game they used on Dallas. Spurs are too smart for that.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
OKC is proving once again that they are mentally weak in this Mavs series. And to those people who dogged Scotty Brooks around here (deservedly so) now we got Billy D which is even better for us. I think their athleticism and scoring abilities will be extremely tough, but I think we'll prevail. Spurs in a long, nail biting, Spurstalk classic cliff diving, then back on the bandwagon after a game 7 victory.

This is what I am worried about. Parker is a liability against OKC. He struggled to score against Farmar and Munford and people expect him to improve his offense against OKC?!
Does anyone remember rookie Cam Payne and Waiters scoring on Parker this season, with ease. I expect Roberson to score on him now too. I think that's what all the scouting reports say about Parker on D, post him up or take him one on one. Also Boban needs big minutes against OKC for rebounding alone and pnr with Mills and Manu.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
I'm really worried about how the Spurs will deal with OKC's bigs. Kanter/Ibaka/Adams are going to be a real pain in the ass in this series. I also figure Waiters will go ape shit JR Smith style in a couple games.
Really need a big series from Kawhi and Aldridge. Ibaka scares the Spurs from attacking the paint so hopefully SA's outside shooting continues to improve. This is going to be a bad matchup, but hopefully Spurs can end it in 6. If Spurs only split on the first two home games this series will go 7.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Spurs will need to be really disciplined with their defensive rebounding.
Ball watch for a second, it's a healthy amount of garbage points for the mustache brothers.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
A. The Spurs will lose because OKC has Russell Westbrook.
B. The Spurs will win because OKC has Russell Westbrook.
I'll take Option B. Also, the Spurs will break up the Thunder just like they broke up the Heat.

Re: On to the 2nd Rd: Spurs/OKC
Spurs should pick it up a notch Spurs in 6

Dont see how Ibaka is a problem guarding the paint when he has to come out and guard Aldridge.
