He just doesn't give a fuck. Fashion is stupid, tbh.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
They used to not have a dress code for players who were inactive and on the bench sidelined. Wasn't Tim one of the harshest critics when they implemented the dress code?

No, when you have money to totally burn it's actually fun.

You mean "IMO", not "tbh", tbh..

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
Duncan doesn't need a stylist to dress himself like Westbrook.

Yes, IIRC he said it was 'basically retarded'.
He agreed that the doo-rags and wearing other teams' jerseys wasn't good, but felt they were taking it too far. He said he was thinking just staying the lockerroom when he wasn't' playing.

Maybe, but it's still arbitrary. Many of us would rather focus our attention on things that are functional or useful, rather than what fabrics we wear on our bodies.
And fuck brand names overcharging for fabric just based on name recognition. That's objectively stupid.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
Typical Islander, they are usually in t-shirts/shorts so they don't even have dress pants in their closet.:lol

tbh... this is why any rumor of Duncan being gay (well at least in nba forum) is dumb imho... male gay people give a shit about fashion (at least the vast majority of them)

You could say the same thing about Ferrari's and Lambo's. If you've got money, then you can have some irresponsible fun with it. Now there is a difference between having fun and doing with Westbrook does which is just stupid, but you can have fun and I don't see the problem with it.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
He never left the 90´s Style.
-
Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
I guess I don't know shit about fashion or style, because he's wearing something different in all those photos. Not tucking in your shirt isn't wearing the same thing.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
Meanwhile, the Thunder dress like gay aliens from the 1980s and nobody says a word...

You know if they were still making Men In Black movies, Westbrook would be revealed to be extraterrestrial.

After hearing him tell those Mavs fans, very politely I thought, to shut the fuck up, I have a hard time disliking him even though he dresses like a Japanese girl.

He actually had proper attire for the late 90s and early 2000s.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
To be fair, he improved somewhat towards the end.
I don't think his main problem is his choice of clothes per se (although that is a problem) so much as it is their fit.

Re: Tim Duncan: Style Icon..
Well he obviously wears off the rack stuff from Big&Tall stores,he would have to have that stuff custom tailored as he's far too thin as most of that stuff is aimed at more obese people.Kinda like most heavy set woman's sizes have embarssing patterns or kitschy stuff. Its the fashion world telling them they could give a crap less about oversize people
