To be fair KD had a significant injury and GS still finished with the best record in the NBA if we are being honest here. It's ok to be wrong some times. They were thin but turned out not to matter much.

Ok but that's not exactly what you said. You made it seem like GS was "completely screwed" with an injury and they clearly were not.
They still played and beat a lot of good teams all regular season so there was much more wiggle room than you care to admit for some odd reason.
Knowing GS brought Durant to beat the Cavs and seeing what he's doing to them right now I'm more than convinced that the Spurs will attempt to get CP3 in. It looks like it will all come down to super teams, unfortunately.
If Durant had gone to the Spurs the backlash for him would have been much less than what it is now that he's with the team that beat them last year
I'm completely convinced the Spurs will go after A class FA this year
Chris Paul won't be enough to beat the GSW.
Man, the way the 2014 Spurs played in games 3-5 of the Finals is the way the Warriors play every game, tbh:lol fucking terrifying..
The opposing team can keep it close, but 1 Warriors run and they're down by 20 before they even blink..
Maybe we can have them get a ride with D. Fisher.

I believe no one is going to be all excited for Durant. If people are interested in watching this I'd be surprised. I wouldn't pay a penny to see this joke of a Finals.
Kind of hoping the Cavs get swept now tbh. They're going to lose regardless, but it would look worse for both the league and KD if the Cavs just get blown out every game.
Durant has made Curry his beech. :lol. The Servant is now the serving out a dish of whoopass. :wow
:lol Curry getting cucked by The Servant. :lol
I was never talking about the regular season, tbh. Of course they were going to still be good on the regular season when 80% of the league sucks right now. Did you really think I was expecting a Curry, Thompson, Green lead team to lose a significant % of their games in the regular season just because they lost Durant? I was thinking long term, when things matter most, on a playoffs series vs the Cavs or the Spurs at full strength.
In fact, I remember being one of the few guys saying the Spurs wouldn't catch the Warriors on the standings when Durant went down.
Yep..honestly, I'd probably throw a game if I was them, tbh:lol going 16-0 and setting a record will probably create more backlash for Durant, as opposed to merely tying the Lakers' 15-1..
Doesn't really matter, though..he's going to get what he wanted, and he'll live in peace in the SF bubble..
It's sad. Cavs played as well as they can on the road and lose by 20. GSW made it look effortless.
The problem is is no one will be able to get a super team like the Warriors. Durant is talking about sacrificing 4 million next year. But he signed a near max last year. Durant wasn't giving up $50 million. The NBA passed a rule after the the GSW team to stop super teams like GSW from forming. So to form a super team now, you have to convince superstars to walk from $50 million or more. That's too much money to pass. Basically, you can't form super teams anymore. GSW has a monopoly.
I don't think ONE championship can keep KD from getting ridiculed tbh...they've gotta win multiple. The problem is if they continue dominating like this from 2-3 years the interest in the league imo will decline significantly..and LeBron-Jordan hype machine will be gone or faded...
It sucks to say but the league needs more super teams..Boston and SA seem the next candidates to improve get there starting maybe this offseason..
This offseason has the potential to be nuts
