Wow. That was in 2013 as well, when we already knew Leonard wasn't a throw-in. It'd been awful to even trade Tiago for him. However, the Spurs did totally have Jack's contract just lying around turning that and some picks (assuming 2013 and 2015 would cost LJC and Milutinov) into Good Smith would've been interesting. Would've probably meant no Splitter or Aldridge, though, if he were re-signed.Quote:
