Delivering a blow above the shoulders in the middle of an altercation is supposed to be an automatic ejection. The league will review it, and he ought to get a game off for that - but I doubt that he will.

Yeah they seemingly reviewed at the time and Monroe's hit to Nico's face was much more egregious than the pushes by Beasley and Bertans to me. Pop was saying that to the ref 'Nico got hit in the face' or something like that.
