As for game threads, I've admitted plenty of times in the past that I tend to flip out; :lol it's my way to avoid yelling at the TV. I also tend to give credit where credit is due. I've complimented Pop plenty of times this year when he's coached well, even in losses. I also call him out when he does a terrible job. Same with every player.
I've actually considered doing game grades, maybe I still will.
It's not so much about feeling there's no reason to post a meaningful take. But there are a handful of posters who I can have good genuine basketball discussions with. The rest is just trying to shut trolls down with facts, which of course doesn't work. Trolls gon troll at the end of the day
I'll be perfectly honest here, and I don't think/know if people can relate. Prior to 2013 , I was the same way. Flipping out, yelling at the TV, thinking games are over, etc... I Bet if I go back to my posts from years prior to that, I was similar with saying a game is over even if there's plenty of time. But Game 6 kind of numbed me to getting so upset over these meaningless regular season games. Now obviously some are bigger than others, Warriors, Cavs, etc... But other than that, it's just kind of like whatever. Obviously I want to win every game, but I know it's not realistic. Even in 2014, we didn't have a very impressive regular season, and we were called fools gold because we couldn't beat elite teams.
I know this isn't the 2014 team. We don't have the fire/drive/chemistry.. But I also know these losses now don't dictate a thing come playoff time. Like if our D steps up and our shooters are hitting their shots? Anything can happen
