He's got bad habits of a 20 year old, lack of situational awareness.
However, when he played against the Cavs and knew that he had to focus, he played well. Against Sixers, he played sloppy.

Manu is the only example there(Steve Smith got benched IIRC), but he was 25 years old and had championship experience overseas..
