Also.
“The charges against Patten were filed by the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington rather than by Mueller. Mueller’s team likewise referred an investigation into Ukraine political work by other Manafort associates, lobbyist Tony Podesta and Vin Weber, to prosecutors in New York.”
Patten has agreed to cooperate with Mueller.

Trump inaugural committee breaking federal law in accepting foreign donations. And how’s there’s a direct tie to Russian money there. Guess you can’t claim “no ties to Russia” :lmao

So the President is reading ALL of this? Or just summaries? When exactly is he keeping up on the millions of documents being seized and dozens of witnesses being interviewed?
Accounts both before, and after he became president paint a picture of someone who barely reads bullet points.

What is your

You think the real buyer didn't want anyone on team Trump to know he was actually giving the money?
He just wanted to make the straw buyer look fancy?

It isn't a stupid question. It is requiring you to prove one of the primary grounding assumptions of your entire argument.
If you know your argument is bullshit, I can see why you might not want to try and prove it.
Sophist.
Prove your assertion that "Trump knows everything" by showing that the underlying assumption, i.e. he actually can read and understand everything going on in a complex, multi-threaded, multi-tiered investigation, is a reasonable one.

Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
Commission regulations include a broad prohibition on foreign national activity in connection with elections in the United States. 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and generally, 11 CFR 110.20. In general, foreign nationals are prohibited from the following activities:
- Making any contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or making any expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement in connection with any federal, state or local election in the United States;
- Making any contribution or donation to any committee or organization of any national, state, district, or local political party(including donations to a party nonfederal account or office building account);
- Making any disbursement for an electioneering communication;
- Making any donation to a presidential inaugural committee.
Persons who knowingly and willfully engage in these activities may be subject to an FEC enforcement action, criminal prosecution, or both.

Then you should have no problem exposing how the Trump inaugural committee broke the law. So?

I didn’t ask you how Patten broke the law. I asked you how the inaugural committee broke the law.
You look especially stupid when you burn yourself and add an emoticon.

Yes it was a stupid question based on false premise. I said Trump has “access to everything”. Anything he wants to know is given to him simply by requesting it from the agency he wants it from; FBI, CIA, NSA etc.
