the redactions in the FISA application suggests there's plenty of non-public evidence.

the dirty dossier got leaked beforehand and so is part of the public record. to suggest there's nothing else in the investigative record probably isn't a sound deduction.

He will do jail time - we still don't know which of his multiple crimes will clinch it but he will end up in the Crossbar Hotel one day.

As if one piece of evidence was all that was needed to obtain a FISA.

Justice dept already explained a million times that a dossier is just an investigators preliminary findings and many other things go into an investigation.
FISA courts review tons of evidence and then those Republican judges make a ruling.
