Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
Russia Is Attacking the U.S. System From Within
A new filing by Special Counsel Robert Mueller shows how Russia uses the federal courts to go after its adversaries.
a Russian troll farm currently locked in a legal battle over its alleged interference in the 2016 election appeared to wage yet another disinformation campaign late last year—this time targeting Mueller himself.
the special counsel’s office turned over 1 million pages of evidence to lawyers for Concord Management and Consulting as part of the discovery process.
But someone connected to Concord allegedly manipulated the documents and leaked them to reporters,
hoping the documents would make people think that Mueller’s evidence against the troll farm and its owners was flimsy.
The tactic didn’t seem to convince anyone,
but it appeared to mark yet another example of
Russia exploiting the U.S. justice system to undercut its rivals abroad.

In order for CNN to not have been tipped off by the SCO you had to come up with a laughable conspiracy theory of someone changing the metadata.
Do you think people connected with or supporters of Roger Stone are above altering metadata to discredit Mueller?
There was rampant speculation Stone would be indicted because the grand jury had been reconvened. Including from Stone himself.

The SCO tipping off CNN would accomplish the early morning raid and perp walk of Roger Stone being caught on camera.
Which accomplishes what?
Explain.

No I don't think they above that but your scenario where they would makes no sense. The document was sent from CNN to Stone's lawyer. Stone's lawyer sent to the judiciary. Where in that exchange do Stone's people come alter the metadata?
Has Weissmann proven to be a dirty prosecutor? yes or no
Do you think Weissmann is above tipping off CNN about the indictment so they could have cameras rolling at Stone's house when he was arrested?
How did CNN receive the indictment before it was filed under seal?

A sensational muh Russia news story to smear Trump by association even though the indictment had nothing to do with Trump/Russia election collusion.

Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
So your theory makes no sense at all.
What was the first document on the DOJ site? Was it the same as the draft? The lawyer's wording is terrible there.

Sorry, multiple questions pending.

Dunno. Probably wasn't altered. Sounds like the draft was on the website from the lawyer's messy narrative.

Since that's a matter of opinion, no.

I see no point to it tbh, especially since those on the right are whining about the FBI's tactics like little bitches.

Goes back to my question about the first document on the DOJ site.
Maybe you can take a crack at it.
I don't think you will.

There was no Pacer heading on the document. It wasn't from the website. How did CNN receive the indictment before it was filed under seal?

Irrelevant. First and second on PACER had PACER header.
Who would have access to a draft copy of the indictment before it was filed under seal? How did CNN obtain a draft copy of the indictment without a PACER header before it was filed under seal?

Where does it say the first had a PACER header?

Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
And again, why would Weissmann have to send an entire document to CNN with his name on it? Dude could just call someone to tip them off. If it's his draft, it's more likely it isn't him.

this is just wrong. wayback machine to the rescue
https://web.archive.org/web/20190125...ustice.gov/sco
this is from january 25. you can click the indictment that was posted there. no pacer heading.
then you flip forward one day to january 26 (or i'll just directly link here... https://web.archive.org/web/20190126...ustice.gov/sco )
and you click the indictment again and there is a pacer heading
