Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
So if Flynn withdraws his initial guilty plea, doesn't he face several perjury charges for all those court appearances?

He said that there “certainly is that possibility,” but it doesn’t make financial sense.

I want this to happen just to be able to give
spurraider21 shit for the rest of his existence on this board :bobo
a) flynn is free to withdraw his guilty plea at any time. it would just invalidate his plea agreement and then he'd face trial and would not get the light sentencing that has been agreed to. i never denied his legal right to withdraw his plea
b) i mostly shat on you because you were parading around judge sullivan's "brady order" as evidence that shit is going down, and that exonerating evidence was withheld, etc etc
and c) :lol in case you missed this part of the article
While some have speculated that Powell’s representation of Flynn signaled that he will be withdrawing his guilty plea, Powell seemed to quash that when she said the following in a Wednesday statement: “He is and will continue to cooperate with the government in all aspects.”
“I’m honored to be representing General Flynn, who I’ve long considered an American hero. The General and his family want to thank everyone across the country for their cards and contributions to his legal defense fund. He is going to continue to cooperate with the government, pursuant to his plea agreement,” Powell told Hill.TV.

Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
GOP operative burns down ‘Team Trump’ for standing by their ‘treasonous’ boss after his ‘disgusting’ ABC interview
https://www.rawstory.com/wp-content/...val-Office.jpg
“Trump proved Wednesday exactly what we’ve known about him for quite some time—
he combines treachery, stupidity, and villainy in equal measure.
After his disgusting performance in the Oval Office on Wednesday,
I’d call Trump a political whore for foreign powers, but that would give whores a bad name,” he wrote, adding,
“This is nothing new.
Let’s not forget,
Trump requested this kind of help in 2016.
It wasn’t a joke.
It wasn’t ‘Trump being Trump.’
It was Trump on live television soliciting Russian intelligence service help in defeating Hillary.”
" “A few Republicans in the Senate will—ever so briefly—furrow their brows.
Some will issue anodyne comments that
if you squint and look really closely could be vaguely suggestive of something in the general vicinity of an elliptical criticism of
Trump’s invitation to foreign governments to fuck us.”"
https://www.rawstory.com/2019/06/gop...8460&list_id=1
And still Pelosi and most House Dems do fucking nothing
Trash knows from Repug polling that he's roadkill in 2020, so with no help from voters, he's asking foreigners for help.

Re: Flynn in major trouble for speaking to Russia about sanctions
I find it interesting that moments after Pelosi said;
"we are following the money - and why trump went around congress to sell arms to saudi - and where did that money go and why are republicans still protecting him - we will follow the money"
Traitor McCarthy/GOP - runs out and attacks Pelosi -
Traitor McCarthy - the same traitor that was caught saying in a mtg with Paul Ryan and another GOP traitor
"I know that Putin is paying trump"
before Ryan swore them all to secrecy....
bunch of fucking compromised traitors...

IT was collusion by your own definition.
Personally the Mueller report shows a group of people too inept for a formal conspiracy, so I reject your statement.
Unethical collusion, that may have strayed into illegal conspiracy.
Pretty simple.
If you had actually read the details you would know. But you won't.
Delusional to the last.

Mueller clearly rejects your statement of it straying into illegal conspiracy. And to take a page out of your own playbook here is a repost from me.
1. "The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities."
2. "The investigation examined whether [contacts between Russia and Trump figures] involved or resulted in coordination or a conspiracy with the Trump Campaign and Russia, including with respect to Russia providing assistance to the Campaign in exchange for any sort of favorable treatment in the future. Based on the available information, the investigation did not establish such coordination."
3. "The investigation did not establish that [Carter] Page coordinated with the Russian government in its efforts to interfere with the 2016 election."
4. "The Office did not identify evidence in those [contacts between Russians and people around Trump after the GOP convention] of coordination between the Campaign and the Russian government."
5. "The Office did not identify evidence of a connection between Manafort's sharing polling data and Russia's interference in the election ... [and] the investigation did not establish that Manafort otherwise coordinated with the Russian government on its election-interference efforts."
6. "The investigation did not establish that these [contacts between Russians and people around Trump during the transition] reflected or constituted coordination between the Trump Campaign and Russia in its election interference activities."
7. "The investigation did not identify evidence that any U.S. persons conspired or coordinated with the [Russian disinformation campaign]."
