The team trying to collude with Russia? :lol Yes, the Trump team that had multiple secret contacts with members of the Russian government they later lied about including an attempt to use information from the Russian government agents to influence the 2016 election were indeed under some sort of surveillance. That could simply mean they were caught on tape contacting the Russians who were already under surveillance.
