his memo said the russians previewed the release of the emails. is that taken to mean that he was shown the emails, or told that they would release them. you're right that he ambiguously worded it. to my knowledge, there is nothing publicly available that would back the assertion that he was shown the emails. that said papa's knowledge of emails possession by russia qualifies as evidence (not proof) of collusion, imo.

Why wouldn't that information be used to get a FISA warrant on Papadopolous? If Papadopolous was the guy who started the entire investigation why did the FBI wait until January 27th to bring him in for questioning?

Why would the FBI not want to have Papadopolous under surveillance if he had contacts that were in possession of the stolen emails? Why would the FBI wait until after the election to ask him about the stolen emails he was told about?
