Yeah, he said that Lee fouled him which made him take longer to get his shot off which allowed Kawhi to block it.
He did acknowledge that Kawhi made a great block but it was definitely a backhanded compliment.

Lee didn't foul him. He got all ball. David's hands there are getting no play, but he definitely did his part on that play.

Typical, crier Harden thinking the refs should have played a bigger role in deciding the outcome.
