The Warriors Are A 5 Man Team

Curry, KD, Klay, Dray, and Iggy. Nobody else on the team is a playoff caliber rotation player.

They killed their depth for Durant. They'll have to rebuild on the fly and without a ton of money.

I wouldn't even include Iggy in that tbh. Many of their fans want him gone next year, he's def lost a step

Because they have to resign Durant with cap space (no Bird rights) they are screwed if Iggy / Livingston don't re-up cheap. They're probably as good as gone. Almost certain that one of them will have to be renounced.

I said when they signed KD that they'd eventually have to trade Klay to round out the team. I'm not sure that's any longer the case, but it could still be true.

It was the right move. But the downgrade from healthy (enough) Bogut and Ezeli to what they have now is huge, though not as huge as the downgrade from 2016 to 2017 Curry.
