this is Manu's swang song and Tony is the bench dude next year... Spurs start someone else. Dijon makes that leap or they sign someone.

The thing you guys should be worrying about is the Spurs maybe getting back into this game . . .

They actually did. Then Curry/Thompson and be rest of that cast started playing the way they did last year.

How can Pop, as a tenured head coach, not realize how much less trash this team is when Parker sits?

Unfortunately. I can't picture Parker doing anything but dragging this team down in that situation. Best thing he could do is retire.

someone should put superglue on tony's seat before he sits back down.

When Manu plays well it's a joy to watch.

Guy is amazing. Great block too. Idk if he's retiring honestly.

I
agree... he doesn't even fit in with the bench guys... but since they are all so cheap and some of their contracts are up this season they can remake the bench for him.
It would not be worth it probably but it's perfectly doable... save Gasol and Manu all of them are in cheap contracts and some are expiring.

In less than a week I have changed my mind. Id even be ok with bringing in derrick rose.
Not so sure after this season. I think the folly of PATFO's loyalty may even be apparent to PATFO after this season.
I agree. After this week, PATFO should recruit Rose despite his baggage and physical question marks.

What you say is the reality of how it most likely play out. The pg position needs more reinforcement though. I want to see a legit starter brought in who can get into the lane consistently and plays halfway decent defense. Dejounte needs to be coming off the bench next year.
Bring in a 1 or 2 year rental. D rose could stand to gain alot if he came in on a cheap 1 year deal if he can make an impact

Do you guys see how we play when we have a set rotation on the floor and lineups aren't being fucked with constatnly just so a coach can "show how great he manages the team?". Also, parker was on the bench..
