Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw

Re: Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw
The fuck is this? These guys being forced to talk basketball while being filmed was awkard, tbh.
I sense the potential though. I would love a "Beer club" or "Irish coffe club" episode where they don't talk basketball.

Good shit, right Miroki?
I miss Bobo. :bobo

This is actually insightful. Manu and Tony are aware of GSW's fortitude and seem to have a hopeful but realistic view.
And they do in fact know they have issues with the Clippers. Patty's question at the end about Boris going 9/9 in the game against Utah brings out a few laughs.

Bobo season high against the Spurs.
coach ran plays for him and kept going to him.
I love Boris TBH.
Miss his personality a lot.
We can add him to the list of Spurs Killers now, season high for him... got on fire against us.
cheers Bobo

"5 games less? 66 games? That's a lot of games Bobo"

Re: Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw
Paddy: "While we're talking about basketball, can we talk about when we played you and you didn't miss a shot?"
Boris: "When I was on fire?"
Fucking Bobo :lol

Slightly awkward but I enjoyed it.

Re: Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw
It was a bit awkward, but they are NBA players so that is to be expected. I really like hearing them just talk instead of handling an interview. All four of the guys clearly have a sense of humor and enjoy hanging out. Beats the hell out of most ESPN crap shows.

Diaw should be a Free Agent next season. Any chance bringing him back or is he done? I must admit, 13/14 Diaw was brilliant, but 17 Lee >> 15/16 Diaw

I think the Spurs mostly got rid of him because they think he's done. I think they feel he's checked out mentally from wanting to do what it takes to win a Championship.

That and they had to clear cap space to sign Gasol. Diaw was the easiest contract to trade and the most redundant given how strong the Spurs are at forward.

Part two was just released, it's included in the OP.

Re: Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw
Lots of talk about Tim and then Patty said, "you think Tim watches the game on mute? He doesn't want to listen to Sean Elliott" :lmao

I wish Boris would've asked Manu why he's struggling.

Re: Coffee Club. : Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Tony Parker, Boris Diaw
:lol Manu chugging his coffee
Also seemed like Manu was projecting a little bit with the retirement quetions. He was asking the quetions he's asking himself.
