If I'm SA I definitely lower my offer of 9M to Simmons now. His market is gone. 3 years, 21M is the offer

Ilyasova is like 3 years older than his listed age and has a fake identity FWIW. Good role player though.

And he may. He doesn't seem to value a ring over money. But not the money is drying up, and he'd have a role on the team, possibly as a starter, as he'd be a great fit with LMA if Gay is on the bench.

Not that excited about Gay bc of that Achilles injury... but better than nothing. He might recover enough.

Considering how long they waited to reach an agreement with any FA and that I already wasn't expecting any significant player additions, I am glad. It might signal Pop indeed moving on to play a different style....

I think that is the issue for me. I can't imagine Gay turning down SAC money for less and being sold on coming to SA to come off bench in what is probably his last chance at a possibly big FA deal in 18.

Ersan would be off the bench and would he accept LLE money for that role?

Simmons is under the Gilbert Arenas rule where teams can only offer him 8+M. Spurs offer of 9M would be more than what other teams can offer, if im not mistaken.
