That's because Pop keeps playing midget guards that can't guard a traffic cone, then when they're not doing anything on offense, it's basically just giving the other team free points. I'm sorry, but I still would have preferred Simmons' length and athleticism over midgets like Mills, Forbes or whoever else Pop decides to play that is shorter than average.
He likes playing bigs at C and PF, but then he likes playing smaller than average lineups at SF, SG, PG. I don't know what you call that? Queerball?

His performance doesn't change regardless of how many times he shows some kind of "verbal leadership." He plays a soft, loser's game.

Great, great game from Manu, but I don't give a crap about the first to do this and first to do that.

Do you remember the game in Cleveland last season that the spurs won with Kawhi scoring 40+?
Aldridge missed 2 free throws at the end that could of cost us the game. He owned up to it, said he was mad at himself and said that won't happen again. He did the same thing multiple times in the following games shortly after saying that. His words are empty. If Tim said anything, or made any kind of statement like that, he usually always followed through on it.

Yeah. Touches has "owned up" a number of times. That is easy. It takes a true star to back up words with actions to reflect that resolve. When it comes to mental fortitude LMA is the 90 pound weakling compared to Tim's Charles Atlas.

From the movie Little Big League:
“He’s eight for 13 this year, against left-handers, in night games, played above the Mason Dixon Line.”

Forbes 27min 12pts 1reb
Bertans 28min 8pts 4reb

This is always true. We actually had a great comeback after blowing a big lead. That should be the focus.

There was an 8 point lead when Joffrey and Paul subbed in at 2:48 left in the third.
The line-up was Joffrey-Bertans-Ginobili-Paul-Mills
It took a 3 from Bertans to tie it up before the quarter ended.
edited to fix line-up

another fun game to watch, wrong outcome when the Spurs normally win these close ones ... Manu was so great, but of course he had to chuck up that one three which was a completely bad shot ... but I would have done the same I guess

yes, it goes in the opposite of everything the alloy has been doing (long wings and bigs more versatile, faster and smaller)

I am a Spurs fan for life.
Always have been and always will be.
But I think you don't understand what I'm spitting.
I'm not trying to glorify a player looking for self-glorification and individual stats.
I'm simply calling out the underachieving player who gets matched or outperformed stat wise by players with fewer minutes and fewer seasons as a spur on a regular basis.

KA gets burned on D all the time.
Watching him on the offensive side of the ball is just as infuriating.
fukkin sux Leonard and Gay are out.

Joff -7 in 5 minutes. replace him with Bonner, the +/- wizard and we'll ring tbh

I'm ready to give up on the Joff experiment already. He had a few nice moments in preseason, but ever since the big games started, he has hardly looked like an NBA talent.
His idea of defense is literally just to stand in one spot with your arms up.
Spurs either need to find another big on the waiver wire, or need Rudy Gay to come back healthy. Probably both.

Darn, I hate that you're right about it. In the preseason he looked like a steal. Right now, I want him cut.
