The first row of names usually looks spot on accurate, but Gundy there is dumb.

I would love to have Steele.
Too bad he is not considering us. I thought there was some love early on.
charlie strong = legit talent evaluator
Don't see the connection? Everyone saw the greatness of Kaden Smith and Irv Smith. Zach Gentry? Wasn't he the guy that was committed to Texas as a QB and Michigan swooped in and promised him he'd be the next John Elway if he signed with them. Then when he got there they made him a TE. If that is the case, then it looks to me that Jim Harbaugh is a much better at evaluation of talent than Strong is.
There was a rumor going around earlier in the afternoon that Coach Drayton offered 2020 RB Seth McGowan of Mesquite Poteet, but that wasn't the case.
However, Inside Texas believes it could be coming soon.

Soooo, it looks like he may have taken improper benefits?
"While 2019 St. John Bosco HS CB Chris Steele claims USC isn't the perfect fit for him, the Trojans actually parted ways with him because of the high potential for NCAA drama.
Shortly after Steele committed to USC, the Trojan compliance office was approached by multiple parties, including USC247.com, with evidence he took improper benefits. The evidence shows these benefits were funneled from USC recruiting reporters. Scott Schrader of TrojanInsider.com and Ryan Young of TrojanSports.com are the two reporters accused of doing so. Ryan Abraham and Gerard Martinez of USCFootball.com were also said to be approached about providing improper benefits to Steele, but there's no evidence they did."

24/7 saying one recruit Texas didn't get to see this week was 2020 CB Jalen Kimber of Mansfield Timberview.
Coach Washington was planning on visiting him because he was one of the best performers during July's night camp in Austin, but Washington's father recently had a bad stroke.
Kimber's father told 24/7 they attended the OU game and loved what they saw from UT, they're in constant contact with Carrington, love the idea of playing for Coach Washington and are planning a return trip to UT (probably for the West Virginia game).
