Why is Mills starting over Green?

I don't think Mills should even play over White.

Mills is Bonner, Parker is Mcdyess, and White is Splitter.

What kind of stuff have Green and Manu said about the locker room? So Patty Mills hasn't brought enough culture for 50M?
