The "Statement of Admitted Facts" says that AMI admitted making a $150,000 payment "in concert with the campaign," and says that Pecker, Cohen, and "at least one other member of the campaign" were in the meeting. According to a person familiar with the matter, the "other member" was Trump.
The National Enquirer Flips On Donald Trump In Playmate Hush Money Scandal
The National Enquirer’s parent company, AMI, has offered “substantial and important assistance” in an investigation into hush money payments.
The parent company of the National Enquirer has
admitted to federal prosecutors that “its principal purpose” in paying former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal $150,000 ahead of the 2016 election was
to “suppress” her story about an alleged affair with Donald Trump for the explicit purpose of improving the then-candidate’s chances of victory.
The decision, the company also said, was made in direct “cooperation, consultation and concert with one or more” members of the Trump campaign.
As part of the deal, AMI offered “substantial and important assistance” in federal prosecutors’ investigation into payments made to McDougal, prosecutors said.
AMI has previously denied that it “paid people to kill damaging stories about Mr. Trump,”
AMI now admits it paid the money to McDougal in order to catch and kill the story of her alleged affair to aid then-candidate Trump’s campaign.
payment was made “in concert with a candidate’s presidential campaign, and in order to ensure that the woman did not publicize damaging allegations about the candidate before the 2016 presidential election.”

So committing felonies to get elected means Don The Con Trash is not a legit President, having obtained Federal office through criminal acts.
When your own Pecker turns on you, you know you're in trouble.

"His first job, just out of Thomas Cooley Law School, was with an attorney named Melvyn Estrin, who later pleaded guilty to bribery.
Cohen then moved to a new office—in a taxicab dispatch garage—with two other lawyers;
one was later disbarred, and
the other voluntarily left the bar after a fraud claim.
Cohen also worked in the taxicab business with his father-in-law, Fima Shusterman,
who pleaded guilty to a taxi-related scheme to defraud the I.R.S."

Didn't Trump say something to the effect of flipping should be illegal? :lol
NO SNITCHING
Why the silence around Weissberger?
I doth protest.
I enjoy The Clammer’s short jabbing quips.
But you are valuable as well as the face of the angry Trumper.
We get a look into why 42% of the country still approve of the job a liar is doing.
As long as Trump makes the blue team frothing angry, he has the Trumper‘s vote.
Having a black president for eight years was a real setback for civility.
My take.
didn't vote for trump... voted twice for obama... but but but... lmao
you're just upset/mad/angry and your projection onto me isn't quite adequate nor reality. i'm rarely angry but yall read a few words here and there from me and assess that i am somehow angered. it's funny reading crap from wannabe armchair psychologists like yourself and the like.
btw, FUCK BERNIE! FUCK THAT CUNT HILLARY!
Rudy might as well post at ST....
With a Vocabulary From ‘Goodfellas,’ Trump Evokes His Native New York
as Mr. Trump faces his own mushrooming legal troubles,
he has taken to using a vocabulary that sounds uncannily like that of Mr. Gotti and his fellow mobsters in the waning days of organized crime,
when ambitious prosecutors like Rudolph W. Giuliani tried to turn witnesses against their bosses to win racketeering convictions.
“I know all about flipping,” Mr. Trump told Fox News this week.
“For 30, 40 years I’ve been watching flippers. Everything’s wonderful and then they get 10 years in jail and they flip on whoever the next highest one is, or as high as you can go.”
“When I first heard that
Trump said to Comey, ‘Let this go,’ it just rang such a bell with me,”
said Nicholas Pileggi, an author who has chronicled the Mafia in books and films like “Goodfellas” and “Casino.”
“Trump was surrounded by these people. Being raised in that environment, it was normalized to him.”
Mr. Trump honed his vocabulary over decades through
his association with the lawyer Roy Cohn,
who besides working for Senator Joseph McCarthy
also represented Mafia bosses like Mr. Gotti, Tony Salerno and Carmine Galante.

Cohen rat-ted Trash out, next up Manafort? Weissberger?
If NY can stick pardon-less state crimes on Manafort, then PM could rat out Trash, rather than expect a pardon that can't be done?
Lawyers are their client’s fiduicaries. They owe onerous duties of loyalty and discretion. One of the only, limited, exception is for disclosures of an on-going fraud and/or one that was ongoing during the course of the attorney’s representation.
There’s no reason for Cohen to drop bombs like this unless he was avoiding further criminal exposure. He’s risked large-scale civil liability for breaking privilege. The guy doesn’t seem like he’d break his nose to spite his face. Sure seems like Trump, personally, is in some shit
