He has all the tools to be a great defender. One thing you can count on with the Spurs, they’ll bring out every ounce of a player’s defensive potential.

Can we get this bigot pinked, tbh?

Nah. Very different players on paper and on the court. But Blossom might be what I hoped KBD would be. The offense is good enough to get a roster spot if he were a defensive specialist, but I just don't see enough there yet. Don't see a point in not at least bringing him into camp on a two-way though.
Blossomgame is a garbage time player. We need those too.
You're not wrong on either sentence. Blossom doesn't have an elite NBA skill, and that makes it hard to play him real minutes. I could see him coming in for garbage time and looking awesome, and folks asking why he doesn't play more. But at the same time, teams need guys to soak up unimportant minutes, especially when they have at least two forwards who are older and need their minutes limited. The Spurs have taken a lot of hits to their front-court depth this summer, so getting a guy you can sign to a cheap three-year deal or even just a versatile guy on a two-way contract would help the roster.
I assume Will Hardy is useful at something other than actually coaching during a game.
Fractures are only more common if the bones are more porous, which is rare.
Breaks are, generally, a common freak angle*force on a rigid object.
I would always be more worried about soft tissue injuries over bone breaks/fractures.
Although, as Dallas Cowboys fans have seen with Tony Romo: Sometime fractures can just keep on coming.
Thankfully this a less physical sport overall.
The way he plays definitely invites contact. Hesitation dribbles, step back jumpers, average athleticism means he has to be savvy. Skills are high but his athleticism caps his value at around an above average starter imo. Good thing it looks like he is ready togo!
I don't know anything above such things but appreciate the comment. It was just really unforgettable bc he had only played one GLeague game and at the time Tony was still injured. I thought there was a chance we could see him a little bit early in the season but he had a fall and fractured a wrist.
Between that fracture and Pop, well they confabulated to keep him hidden away. But recent observations do point that soft tissue injuries are a nag. That's what he got in this game too apparently.
