So the Clippers, Pelicans, Bucks, Knicks, Grizzles, and Trailblazers are more interesting ... explain how they are interesting besides basketball talking heads counting the days they can do a countdown watch of Anthony Davis or Giannis being traded to Lakers, Knicks, Bulls, Celtics, or Sixers?

They'll still be less exciting regardless of records. Mid-range shooting teams led by LMA playing in an arena that rarely gets loud anymore isn't interesting to anyone but us. Sorry.

I didn't expect the Spurs get a Christmas game but I really thought they would get at least one opening night, some Raptors-Spurs for the morbo...

Toronto had two games on National TV the first week, vs Boston and Wizards.

Spurs not on national television? Fine by me. I've got Foxsports. Maybe this will let them have one of those under the radar seasons where we end up as a top 2 seed in the west.

There are plenty of other ways to catch games online, both real-time and replays.

I cut cable last year, and still was able to watch pretty much every game.
