Game Thread: Spurs vs Wolves - Wed (10/17) - 7:30PM CST (3:30AM Riga Time)

I'm with poster, "Keeping it Real," regarding this game being important. Coming out the gate strong & confident will be important for this team, especially without the Big Threee & with the key injuries. It's good to know that RG22 will be playing. I think for DD10, it would be a big boost for him to play alongside his friend, Rudy, & I also think that JP25 should start at center would also help DeRozan to feel confortable on the court. This time, it's for real, so hope these guys will get it tonight! GSG!!!

Austin is surprisingly hostile to blacks. It's a little like San Fran lite with the tech focus, but I don't see austinites being more into the games than spurs, remember, spurs games do sell out, people just don't show up. Austin would not change that.

On what basis? I've lived in Austin for the last 12 years and have never seen any significant evidence of that. If anything, Austin is more open-minded than most places.
