Quick turnaround as we’re in Denver tonight for a tough road game on a b2b and a possible view of our 1st-Round matchup. Nuggets also played last night as they were blown out against the Warriors on the road. Only 4 games left in the season. Let’s get it.

I have a strong feeling that if we somehow win tonight and finish 7th then we will be matched up with #2 Houston. And there’s no team I hate watching play more than Houston. That would be draining, frustrating and miserable for me as a fan to watch.

We don't want to lose any more games, especially this one. GSW has a 2-game lead on the Nuggets with 5 games left, so they almost have the 1-spot locked in. A Denver loss tonight would most likely put it to bed.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are still tied with the Thunder and own the tiebreaker, so as long as they can maintain that, we will keep the 7-spot barring a three-way tie. Tonight is the last "tough" matchup on the Spurs schedule, but apparently that means nothing these days. Meanwhile, OKC still has two tough games against the Rockets and Bucks.

The Clippers are 2 games ahead of the Spurs with 4 games left, so it would take the Spurs winning out and mini-collapse from LA to really open up the 6th spot.

I've seen Pop "try" to get ejected. This wasn't one of those situations.

The game hasn't even been going on long enough for Pop to have gotten under a ref's skin. This is a case that the ref got called out and wanted to be a pussy about it. There is no reason to eject anybody 63 seconds in unless he punches somebody tbh.

Also, Davis lost minutes for maybe a handful of games after his ejection, so saying he was "in the doghouse" is not a valid point.
