Re: SpursTalk 2.0: The Forthcoming Changes
I see the ad in the OP issue has been thoroughly reported :lol
Seems like the ads are location based. Good enough. Please don't do the creepy, targeted ads that watches our Amazon searches.

tbh :lol those places are giant circle jerks with some of the most vanilla takes you can find on the internet...just unbearably boring. The fact that those retards don't like ST is reassurance that we have a good thing going here imho

It seems like you should be posting in Reddit and Realgm more and less on ST.

It’s all in preparation for the new porn sub forum, tbh. Please excuse the language while the site gets a makeup.

Having lots of issues here connecting to the site. Anyone experiencing the same?

Well if Reddit and realgm don't approve then we need to make immediate changes.

Re: SpursTalk 2.0: The Forthcoming Changes
The current ads are extremely unobtrusive. I don't see any performance hit from them. The site lags in the middle of a playoff game - either from building a double digit lead, or melting down after losing it. But the ads don't play a part in that. Right now they have zero impact that I can spot.

Re: SpursTalk 2.0: The Forthcoming Changes
That top ad is in prime position for a misclick on mobile. Sucks to be them tbh.

Thanks for everything LJ and Kori.

Would be down for the subscription option or donation people have been talking about here. You guys have been great with creating and keeping the site going for this long so the least I can do is pitch in.
You realize you don't make any sense?

Where is this ad located? I'm on mobile and I don't see any ads.

Top and bottom
Maybe you have an as blocker on your browser
I know it’s possible with the Samsung browser on Android

I noticed this too and it appears to be fixed now. I am noticing a larger space in between the navigation menu and the ad.

Ah, thanks. I forgot that I have a modded version of premium AdGuard installed on my android tablet/phone. It wipes away all ads within apps and browsers. I'm so used to seeing no ads that I forgot it was installed. :lol I turned it off for a second and now I see them.

:tu I'll look into it. Any reports of the server lagging during Game 5 or Game 6 would be appreciated.

Oh, man, I was just kidding. We've had some really good playoff games. Two of them turned out the right way, and there were a gazillion people on. Two of them turned out wrong, and there were about a gazillion an a half people melting down. I sure wasn't bitching about performance - just saying the ads have been transparent as far as I can see.
