mospurs rumblings about the spurs trying to sign an outside shooting forward also turned out true, as it turned out the marcus morris deal as falling through and we eventually signed lyles.

The market has been bad for him. That’s a big reason why it has not happened. SA was exploring it in a very real way, but when they were basically being asked to provide compensation to take on Beli everything stalled.

Its one thing to dump him to open up minutes, it’s another to give up compensation (picks) to do that. Still something they want to do, but until they can find a better deal it will not happen.
