still, a great improvement from his first couple of seasons, where even his long jumpers basically looked like floaters/push shots.
I think Murray needs more time than the other two also. White came in with a pretty complete skillset & good ability to read the game. Lonnie came in with much tighter handles, a better jumper & an even better athlete. Not everyone can come in & improve at the rate of Siakam, but his ceiling is still pretty high IMO.

Now let's see if this team can actually win on the road where our role players usually miss everything from 3

2-0 this season going to games. Went the first game that we beat nephew then tonight. Man the AT&T Center gives you a headache the fans are pretty loud but the music is so fucking loud also. Hope we still wind up in the lottery tbh. Go Spurs Go!

This, tbh. Not only is it difficult for players to come back into form after lower body injuries (took Hayward more than a year of playing to get back on track), but he's being criticized after less than half a season. He's been steadily improving the last few games as well; his court vision and playmaking still leave a lot to be desired (I maintain he should be played with White as a SG), but his speed is still top notch and his jumpshot is looking much, much better. It'll take him a lot of training to speed up his motion and release, but once he gets it down he can be a deadly shooter. Last night showed exactly the potential that he has - making defenses pay for sagging off him, earning respect.
Let's see how he's playing at the beginning of next season.

agree.. as long as DJM is able to make opposing defense pay for sagging off him i'm more than happy. its a good improvement if u compare to his earlier seasons where his shooting is so unreliable even if u gave him time and space to shoot.

Lately Dijon has shown a 3-point stroke that reflects the time he reportedly spent on it during the summer. :tu
I no longer cross my fingers when he shoots from 3.

In my evaluation he is best suited to be a shooting guard, and he already dribbles and passes better than Danny ever did.
