They'll also do a cost-benefit analysis of how much they'll save by not including that part vs. how much they'll spend on potential lawsuits and settlements.
The stock buyback tactic also presents further problems for the large scale workability of Libertarianism and supply side theory. Those tax cuts aren't spent on creating jobs, they're spent on buying back stock to, once again, boost quarterlies and make their shareholders happy. That's pretty much the sole concern of corporations today. Maximizing shareholder return.
I'll buy "small Libertarianism" at the "mom-and-pop" small business level, but not at the multinational corporate level. These are very much two different entities, requiring different levels of oversight.
