Bexar County only had 5 new cases Monday that weren't in the jail.
The jail numbers are crazy, though. I wonder if they got a bad batch of tests?
They are claiming 294 inmates have tested positive as of Monday, and of those 217 have shown ZERO symptoms? And they still haven't tested them all?
WTF? 73% asymptomatic? Sounds strangely like the cruise ship.
