not good at health care for free.
For-profit companies' priority is profits from the minimum health care they can deliver.
Capitalists' ethics: shittiest possible product for highest possible price.

Conservative angrily pins blame on ‘Captain Chaos’ Trump for making coronavirus fallout worse than it should be
In an uncompromising piece for the conservative National Review,
columnist Kevin Williamson launched a full-throated attack on President Donald Trump
for having a hand in making the coronavirus crisis even worse than it should be.
Using the economic devastation wrought by the expanding epidemic as a springboard, the columnist said
the president is in large part responsible as the country reels.

28 deaths, officially. That figure is surely too low since the US has been so slow to test for it.
Let's revisit in six-12 months. Flu is endemic, first diagnosed case of novel coronavirus was 3/3. One week ago. It's more virulent/lethal than this years flu.
Deaths are a lagging indicator, and as abundantly pointed out in this thread, the problem here isn't mortality so much as the rate of infection/hospitalization. The real danger is that the pandemic will jam up our health care system and
cause excess deaths from otherwise treatable conditions.
