Widespread PFAS chemical pollution will likely make COVID-19 worse
These common household and industrial chemicals impair immune system function
we have no idea how a potent family of chemicals, called PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), is impacting our risk for COVID-19.
What we do know about PFAS makes this acknowledgement very worrisome.
Because of their unique chemical properties that allow them to repel both oil and water, PFAS are everywhere, appearing in Teflon frying pans, stain-resistant carpeting, outdoor gear, and fire-fighting foam, to name just a few.
PFAS are potent immunotoxicants, meaning they impair immune responses in both humans and animals.
Research tells us PFAS reduce vaccine efficacy and antibody response in humans, at concentrations readily found in our blood.
Infants exposed to high PFAS levels in utero had reduced antibody levels at five years old.
With each doubling of PFAS in the children's blood, the overall antibody response was cut by almost 50%.
Some children were found to have antibody levels at age five that clinically qualified them for further vaccination,
meaning they weren't adequately protected from diphtheria or tetanus,
even though they had already been vaccinated for these diseases as a baby.
"Given that PFAS are toxic to the immune system, exposure to these persistent chemicals may well worsen the consequences of a COVID-19 infection.
Just like recent studies have shown that
areas with more severe air pollution have more severe COVID-19 cases and greater mortality,
we should also examine if the same applies to communities with PFAS-contaminated drinking water."

A comprehensive review of COVID-19's effect on organ systems outside the lungs
Now, physicians recognize that the coronavirus can impact organs throughout the body.
review, published in Nature Medicine, also summarized proposed mechanisms behind these wide-ranging systemic effects and provided clinical guidance for physicians.
Beyond the severe respiratory distress now associated with severe COVID-19, the virus also may increase patients'
risk of heart attack, kidney failure and clotting disorders, the physicians report.
Neurological symptoms, including headache, dizziness, fatigue, and loss of smell, may occur in about a third of patients. Patients with severe cases of COVID-19 are also
at risk for strokes caused by blood clots and delirium.
"There's a lot of news about clotting but it's also important to understand that
a substantial proportion of
these patients suffer kidney, heart, and brain damage."
Scientists suspect these various complications may all
stem from the systemic inflammation
that can occur as the immune system attempts to fight off the virus's attack on the body,

Absolutely none of those links have anything to say about adolescents, and all talk about 10 years and younger. Did the work already on the first batch you posted. I will simply assume this is more of the same.
If any of them did, you would quote it.
You have not proven your case, and I am not doing your work for you, you lazy ass.
You assert that it is safe to open schools. that is all schools. Yet you have yet to show a shred of evidence it is safe for children over ten. Your claim, your burden of proof.
From your first two links
From the first
from the secondQuote:
However, these findings must be interpreted with caution because of the high percentage of cases missing data on important characteristics. Because persons with asymptomatic and mild disease, including children, are likely playing a role in transmission and spread of COVID-19 in the community, social distancing and everyday preventive behaviors are recommended for persons of all ages to slow the spread of the virus
The second was a retrospective study which took data from FEBRUARY and the kids were still hospitalized in time of publication, FUCKING JUNE.Quote:
Finally, because the epidemic of COVID-19 is ongoing and rapidly evolving, many children who are affected still remain hospitalized.
Do you read the entire publication or do you just skip to the conclusion?

is that how it works?
All of his links talk about "children" which generally refers to 10 and under. When the fact the about 30 million school "children" in the US are over 10 years old is pointed out to him, he doubles down on the links about 10 and under.
The safe bet with his posts is to assume he is being disingenuous and look for how. He always leaves something out, because that is how he lies.
