- White House disputed his version of events, saying he would not have delivered a speech at memorial to dead black man whose death prompted protests and riots

- In Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on final stop of the swing, Trump used 56-minute speech to mini-rally to say he should get a 'third term' because 'they spied on my campaign,' a reference to the Russia collusion allegations
